Hi, I’m Brigi

I’m a maternity nurse, doula, sleep consultant, and all-round baby whisperer and birth world based in Christchurch, New Zealand and London.

We all know that the first few months in any child’s life set the course for what’s to come. In my experience, providing love, support, and a healthy routine in those critical months from age 0-1 offer the best head-start for a full and happy life.
